1. The recruitment process is to be completed, within 30 days from request, as follows:

  • Advertisement of position
  • Sourcing of CVs
  • Vetting and reference follow-up.
  • Placement of the successful candidate
  • Payment for services

2. Should the candidate be unsuccessful in the first three months of employment, a new candidate will be recruited for the position at no cost. Should the second candidate be unsuccessful, new candidates will be recruited at 50% of the initial cost of placement.

3. The successful placement of staff will incur the following costs:

  • Bar Support R550,00
  • Bartender R1150,00
  • Head Bartender/ Mixologist R1850,00
  • Manager / Host/ Hostess R1750,00
  • Waiter R875,00
  • Sommelier R2150,00
  • Executive Chef R4250,00
  • Executive Sous Chef R3150,00
  • Pastry Chef/ Sous Chef/ Chef Steward/ Banquet Chef R2500,00
  • Baker/ Chef de Parties’ R2000,00
  • Night Chef/ Breakfast Chef/ Pantry Chef R1500,00
  • Steward R750,00
