1. The recruitment process is to be completed, within 30 days from request, as follows:
- Advertisement of position
- Sourcing of CVs
- Vetting and reference follow-up.
- Placement of the successful candidate
- Payment for services
2. Should the candidate be unsuccessful in the first three months of employment, a new candidate will be recruited for the position at no cost. Should the second candidate be unsuccessful, new candidates will be recruited at 50% of the initial cost of placement.
3. The successful placement of staff will incur the following costs:

- Head Bartender/ Mixologist R1850,00
- Manager / Host/ Hostess R1750,00
- Waiter R875,00
- Sommelier R2150,00
- Executive Chef R4250,00
- Executive Sous Chef R3150,00
- Pastry Chef/ Sous Chef/ Chef Steward/ Banquet Chef R2500,00
- Baker/ Chef de Parties’ R2000,00
